I made this suprise cake for my daughter's 30th birthday. Four layers of Vanilla sponge with raspberry jam and buttercream filling. Covered in fondant with fondant accents and royal icing decoration over my first attempt with my spray gun my new 'cake toy'. Inspired by 'Cakedesigns' beautiful cake. Not nearly as good as Cakedesigns but I am all self taught and still have lots and lots to learn. TFL
