Spice cake with caramel filling and cinnamon buttercream, with chocolate leaves, caramel & chocolate acorns, and RKT apples covered in melting chocolate (I had trouble dipping the apples, thus some look like they're melting or rotting : ). This was my first time trying all the techniques and recipes used in this cake. Thankfully just a have-fun-and-experiment cake. : )
