Competition cake

This cake was made by myself and my assistant in a 4 hour "Food-Network-Style Challenge" at a local wedding fair. We were able to bring in the cakes buttercreamed and up to 25% of the decor (we brought only the red panels cut and dried, but not piped). Two other bakeries competed and we won!
