This was for a lady that wanted to recognize her husband's heritage and surprise him for his 30th birthday. She LOVED it!

27 cupcakes to make the #30, used red cups (w/strawberry cake) for the red part of flag, blue cups (w/chocolate cake) for the blue parts, and white cups (white cake) for the white bits. This was so the flag looked better once it would be on the table, instead of having all white cups.
