This cake is made as a jelly roll with chocolate butter cream icing. The outside icing is ganache, the poinsettias, leaves ans holly are Wilton candy coating disk. I made this for our family Christmas party. When I saw in the taste of home I knew I had to try it and see how it came out. It was so pretty we hated to cut it. I may add it is "very" rich to taste.
