This is what I came up with for an order that I received 24 hours notice. It was for a little girl's first birthday that has a rottweiler puppy. The cake is chocolate and vanilla alternate layers with chocolate buttercream covered with MMF. The puppy and dog dish are MMF and the number is gumpaste.
