Halloween is not that big a thing where I live, but I love any holiday that gives me an excuse to make cookies or cake. I had so much trouble with these cookies that I nearly tossed them all several times - I have a newfound respect for RI now - but as I know most of my family and colleagues won't see the faults I see, I decided to stick with them. And I was right, my colleagues were very exited and kept shrieking everytime they saw a new cookie LOL The cookies are gingerbread cookies and chocolate cookies.
