I made 150 beach themed cupcakes, they are vanilla, 75 filled with lime butter cream and 75 with orange butter cream. They are topped with fruit leather and cocktail umbrellas, gumpaste surfboards (thx for ideas cc!) and hand made flip flops. I made the sand with vanilla wafer crumbs and organic raw sugar to give it shine. I made the stand, but I would buy one next time. I covered it with boats and beach themed wrapping paper. TFL!
