I made this for my son's 3rd Birthday party. The racetrack is made from 2, 2 layer circle cakes covered with marshmallow fondant. Everything but the back of the "Happy Birthday" sign and the cars are made from marshmallow fondant. I "stuffed" the extra cake from cutting the "3" under green rolled fondant to create the hills. I loved making this cake! Especially recreating the advertisements from the movie!
