This is a practice cake for a wedding cake I'm doing for my husband's cousin in May. Their cake will actually be four layers, but I didn't want to make that much cake just to play around with! I learned a lot from doing this cake and I had a lot of fun making it. I need to keep practicing on my scroll work for sure!!
