Just a portion of my brother's Groom's cake for their wedding Sunday, 10.10.10. :D This is the castle, and also the only 100% edible part of the cake.

It's comprised of 2 "dummy" cakes (made of styrofoam), 16" and 20", sitting on a 24" board. All covered in fondant (the whole thing weighs about 70 lbs total).

This was just a step in the process-- finished product has a dragon resting on top of a couple pillars.
