A 3-tiered dummy cake with turquoise fondant and pure white molded shells, sea-horses and starfish (that I'd recently just bought). Originally I was going to place the shells randomly over the tiers, but ended up deciding on a much more patterned effect. A pair of sea-horses on the top could transform it into a suitable engagement/wedding cake I think too. Thanks for looking.
