ophthalmology book cake for an eye doctor..fondant covered chocolate cake w/ rich chocolate filling...everything is edible..my first time to use edible paper..maybe i just don't know how to place it on cake the proper way, the paper seemed to be coming off from cake esp on the corners...sept 2010
