This was my first "real" cake. Before this I had never attempted a tiered cake let alone topsy turvy; the idea of fondant was new to me as was gumpaste. I was so afraid that, because this was for a friend's wedding, that I was going to ruin this girls wedding! I was so pleased with the results that an addiction to cake making was begun. :)
