Gum Paste Flowers

This was an Italian Wedding Cake with gum paste flowers. It was my first time for gum paste and they turned out ok but were very time consuming. The lady who ordered it loved it though

The icing is cream cheese based. If you search "italian wedding cake"...it's that kind
