Topsy Turvy 5th Birthday Cake

I made this cake for my daughters 5th birthday party. I'd already made a 2 tier topsy turvy cake for her actual birthday night, and then this one for her party on the weekend. It's butter cake, iced with buttercream and most of the decorations are from white icing that I coloured with Wilton Icing colours. Ponies are plastic toys.
