I had the great opportunity to do Edmonton's first Cora's Breakfast and Lunch restaurant's 1st Anniversary cake for this past weekend! (Canadian franchise started in Quebec) The colored tiers are vanilla cake with vanilla icing covered in Satin Ice; the other three sections are styrofoam covered in Satin Ice. All fondant decorations hand molded, and letters and sun's cut with an exacto knife. I call this cake the biggest one of my "career" thus far. ; ) TFL!
