I would have finished the cake more to make the tiers more smooth where there stacked but at the request of the customer they wanted it in separate boxes and they wanted to stack It themselves. For all those perfectionist cake artist out there you know how hard it was to bit my tongue and let it go. : ) oh I also made the shamrocks out of tiny cut out hearts because I could not find a shamrock cutter small enough besides I think the hearts are a nice touch since it was for a wedding.
