This wedding cake was done for a great couple. They wanted a modern wedding cake so we opted to make each tier a different size. We also covered the cake board in fondant and made it slanted to add to that modern look. The flowers are conceptual and made to match the invitations as well as the color. The cake is two feet tall. The top tier and second from the bottom tier has a linen pattern. The flowers are made of icing sheets and hand cut. They were very delicate to add dimension to them to attach them with out them falling apart in your hand.
