My first 3 tiered cake and my first topsy turvy cake! This was for my friends 40th birthday. All buttercream with fondant accents. Top & bottom tier are yellow with chocolate fudge and chocolate mouse, middle tier is yellow with fresh strawberries. The pink didn't match exactly, she requested a specific butter based buttercream and the pink didn't want to work with the yellow color of the butter. Happy with my first try though!
