First attempt at carving out a book cake. I made this cake for my best friend. I threw her a surprise birthday party and had all the guests sign the cake before she arrived. She loves books and red and black, so i made this cake with a red/black swirl inside. (red velvet/dark chocolate)

Unfortunately I ran out of fondant so I had to roll it quite thin so it's not my best, but it worked.
