Becky's Cake

This is a wedding cake that I did yesterday and used a buttercream recipe that many cake decorators have raved about. Not a good idea to use something unfamiliar on a wedding cake no matter who tells you it's great.....duh. Anyway, it crusted way too fast for my taste and gave me little to no time to smooth it. The roses were pretty anyway and the client loved it so I guess that's what's most important. TFL
