Have you ever bitten off way more than you could chew? Yah, me too. This is a cake for a MedFlight helicopter pilot named Sparky who is turning 50.

Landing pad cake is chocolate stout cake, iced in Jameson ganache. Helicopter body is red velvet cake. I used parts from a model for the tail of the helicopter, the landing gear, and the propeller. Thanks to CakesbyLJ for the idea to do so!
