Course I Final Cake
I finished the first course of cake class tonight. Roses are MUCH harder than I had thought. I had a heck of a time with them. All-in-all I am pleased with the result. Hope to get better at ther roses though.

HANG IN THERE....the roses get easier. I switched to fondant roses, and I LOVE them!
