Made with the Wilton ChooChoo Train cake pan, and their BC recipe, tinted with royal blue, no-taste and Christmas Reds, lemon yellow and Chocolate tinted black. My son requested this for his 6th birthday, so naturally, I had to bake it! He loves it, by the way! I wasn't too sure about smoothing on the BC, but I didn my best, nerves and all!!
