This is my 2nd cake after completing the Wilton decorating basics course. It was my first time touching fondant and RI. It's chocolate cake w/ peanut butter cookie filling, frosted w/ buttercream. Trees are RI over sugar cones, other toppers are fondant, and side decorations are buttercream. Inspired by a cake on Wilton's website. It was a labor of love for my hubby's b-day!
