What a great cake! If you don't mind, How did you do the hay? Really looks good! ;-D

Thanks. The hay buttercream using the 'hair/grass' tip. I just dragged it al the way across then went back and added a few broken pieces. then I just used the tip on the ends of the cake as you would for a grass look
