My second cake & my first 3-D - for my husband's birthday. Although it didn't turn out great, I was really proud of it & I learned a ton. It's all cake except the head & front legs (rice krispie treats); covered with fondant with gumpaste accents. Since he's diabetic, I make the bottom sugar-free red velvet with sugar-free cream cheese icing.
