Made for a wonderful friend who gave birth to beautiful Savannah Sue, who was diagnosed at only 2 months with infant Spinal Muscular Atrophy; her sad diagnosis has brought our entire community together to help raise funds to find a cure for SMA. I love this and how it is bring people from all over to pray for this little girl. You did such an amazing job on this cake. I know a lot of love went into it.

a little girl in my hometown was diagnosed at 8 weeks with SMA such a heart wrenching disease. She sadly passed away right before her 1st birthday.

he name was annie, she too was a gift from god, and the whole community pulled together to make everyone aware of this horrible disease, that takes children away from us at such a young age.
