Why start small right? My sister picked a picture of a cake out of a magazine a year ago when I first starting doing little cakes and asked me "Do you think you could do this cake?" I agreed and then freaked out for a year planning it. In the end it turned out AMAZING and IMHO kicks the original cakes A$$! heheehe.
