Spongebob and pineapple are RKT and everything else is cake. Burger toppings are fondant and buttercream 'ketchup'.

this cake is amazing!! I'm goiing to try to replicate this cake for my son's 2nd bday in a week.. and I had a couple of questions does start shapes on cake is that fondant and cookie cutter or something else??is the bun with Bc or frosting? .if you have any other tips please let me know thanks :D
