2 layer full sheet cake. Bottom layer chocolate, top layer vanilla cake, with vanilla buttercream filling and icing. The character is a fondant cut out. So, I finished a Super Why themed cake for a co-worker last night. It is for her son's 3rd birthday party today. I call my husband (I'm at work) and ask him to take out the cake and place it on the kitchen table so my co-worker can come and pick it up. I call him about an hour later to see if they had some to pick up the cake when he tells me that our daughter had once again picked at the cake. This is her second offense...this time I'm not at home to fix it! Here are the before, damage and fixed cake? BTW...emphasizing, I am currently at work..he had to fix it. He has no cake decorating skills and no materials to properly fix the damage. All this with our daughter 2 yrs old and our 1 yr old son still runnign around the house and my co-worker on her way to pick up her cake.
