I was asked to make a cake for a party for a bride and groom who were married in Kamloops BC. The couple has family in Eastern Canada who were unable to go to the wedding. The bottom layer is chocolate, the top tier is carrot. All covered with buttercream icing. The mountains, trees and clouds are all modelling chocolate (handmade by me) and the figures are Sculpey also made by me. They were married on August 21, 2010 so I put the date on the marshmallows. The groom was married in a kilt so I incorporated that into the theme.
