New Year's Cake
Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Ice Cream Cake. Vanilla ice cream, w/ PB cups, chocolate cake, iced with vanilla ice cream. Non-edible curling ribbon and party horns. Borders piped with regular Cool Whip. I used the bag striping technique for bottom border.

I love it. Great job. Everything on a cake doesnt have to be totally made of sugar in order for it to be well decorated.
