A friend of mine who is originally from Chicago requested this cake this past weekend (while watching the Chicago Bears' football game!). It is chocolate chocolate chip filled with Bavarian cream and fresh strawberries, covered with cream cheese frosting and then fondant. I hand cut each piece of the Indian's head and feathers from fondant as well.
