I used the Wilton Carousel Cake Set, I used the hearts instead of the horses, I could not imagine covering those horses in fondat, ALOT of work, I can see where improvments can be made the next time I use the set. I didn't think there were good instructions with the set. Overall I was ok how it turned out but willl make adjustments for the next time.
