I made this for a family holiday gathering. The snowflakes are made out of royal icing, and the cake had three flavors. Chocolate on the bottom, cinnamon swirl in the center and butter cake on top. It was frosted with buttercream.
Very, very nice! I think I may borrow this design for my family's gathering on Christmas Eve. Did you follow a pattern for the snowflakes? How did you attach them to the lollipop sticks?
