Snowflake Cake
I made this for a family holiday gathering. The snowflakes are made out of royal icing, and the cake had three flavors. Chocolate on the bottom, cinnamon swirl in the center and butter cake on top. It was frosted with buttercream.
It was a big hit.

thanks for the compliments everyone! I just piped royal icing over a snowflake pattern, waited a few days and voila!
