I am quite happy how this cake turned out. It was for a friend of mine. It is two tiers of the All Occasion Downey Yellow Butter Cake ( from the Cake Bible ) iced with white chocolate italian meringue buttercream and filled with raspberry cloud cream. The panels are made from white modelling chocolate tinted wedgewood blue and the musical instruments are all molded out of chocolate. This was the first time I made a tiered cake and thank-goodness I had no problems with it.
