My first wedding cake for my husband's second cousin. I baked in KY and transported to Indiana. Top tier Marble with custard filling. 2nd tier was added at the last moment because she has miscounted her guest list. It was WASC with pineapple filling. 3rd tier was Chocolate with a light chocolate mousse filling,The bottom tier was WASC with Strawberry filling. The roses are Royal icing and I used Sharon Zambito's buttercream icing. I learned many lessons with this cake and look forward to doing many more.
