Thanks to foxymomma521 who gave fantastic instructions on how to make this cake. I have used choc buttermilk and vanilla pound cake "glued" with buttercream frosting. Outside is royal icing coated and then the wilton grass tip. White and milk choc chunk cookies also baked from scratch, for my nephew's 1st birthday.
