A gift for my cousin...I had to travel 3.5 hours to bring this cake to the wedding...I was so nervous! The crusted buttercream cracked a little during transport, but in the dim lighting of the reception hall, it didn't look too bad. Vanilla cake, cookies-n-creme filling, BC icing with Fondant roses and a homemade 'H' topper. TFL!
