my second wedding cake, first time using tiers like that. i made around 60 roses of each color from royal icing. also my first time using strawberry cake.... it was so soft a whole chunk of the back of the middle layer fell off..... in front of the entire congregation. but the bride still thought it was beautiful so it's all good.
