I made this to try and resemble the stock market bull statue on Wall St. This is the first real animal cake I've tried to carve and I'm pretty happy with how he turned out. The birthday boy is from Spain, the cake board is covered to look like the flag and he watches gold on the stock exchange hence the gold bricks with 'happy birthday' engraved. TFL
