Family Tree Cake made for a friend's family reunion. This cake was huge and I loved how smooth I was able to get the buttercream with the Viva towel method. I was just so disappointed that with the weight of it - it began to crack on the top and the sides! =( Oh well... lesson learned that I needed a much sturdier cake board - My friend LOVED it and that's all that matters! TFL!
