:) wow. gr8 looking cakes: i am making similar and was wondering what do u put under the fondant im making mud cake ones so do i use a gnache paste or put it staight on. im a beginner. thanks

Cheers, I just put a little bit of buttercream underneath so it's not too dry.

WOW lovely. How did you do the gingham?

It's done with a stencil I made, if you look at my gingham cups pics, there's a pic of it on there :roll:
