This was my first attempt at a topsy turvy cake. I made alternating layers of rootbeer cake and vanilla sponge. Filled them with white chocolate ganache and french vanilla buttercream. I was trying for the rootbeer float flavor feel. The top tier is covered in MMF which was my first time making and working with MMF and my mixer blew up! So the bottom tier is covered in rolled buttercream. The signs and truck coming out of the tunnel are made from color flow icing, again another first for me. Over all I was kind of happy with it. It could be better by far but for my first try, not to awful. Please Please be honest and let me know what you think. I have more pictures, just was not sure how to upload them....
