This is a practice cheesecake with a FBCT. I obviously didn't get my color right for the Aggie maroon, it turned out more eggplant than maroon. Plus I made a mistake thinking I could use my lettering to indent the cheesecake and trace the letters with icing, that's why you see the hole in the cake by the "S" on his name, and since I had to put that there I embellished more on the cake with his age and Gig Em. For the real cake I'll only do the FBCT and the border...less is more really applies here.
