Inside there are 2 layers. Bottom layer is orange sponge, top layer is chocolate. Between the sandwich there is whipped cream and cherries. The guinness glass is more orange sponge but covered in chocolate buttercream. The rest is fondant (well apart from the ribbon which is not edible ha ha).
