Tree with flowers

This cake is a huge 100 hundred portions to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the forestry center where my husband works. The 2 upper tiers are chocolate cake and the bottom tier is vanilla cake with raspberry home made jam and buttercream filling. All the covering is fondant. Everybody at the party enjoyed the cake, they tought that the CFL letters were real wood but it is fondant!!!
