I made this cake for a little girl who initially wanted a Penguin cake, but then her friend got a spaniel puppy and low and behold here it is, a chocolate filled 'little Betty' the Cocker Spaniel.

I was slightly concerned she might be a mentally traumatised after slicing her favourite dog in half but she didn't have a problem with it!
